August 15, 2007Projekt Revolution AdventureWell, let's see where to begin........ Firstly I admit to having panic attacks, they make no since as I they only pertain to actually leaving my rabbit hole. Once I actually get out and about I'm fine. Not reconizing that I was having some difficultly getting ready and getting into the car......I took two pills and got on im'r with dear Humnibuzz waiting for the meds to kick in. So yes, I arrived late for the show. As I was going only to see one or two bands I didn't have to worry about being there so early. Not sure which band was on when I first arrived. Did see Placebo. Did a bathroom run and got a beer and pretzel and suddenly realized that music had started and it was HIM! What can I say besides they completely rocked! looked like they were having a good time up there. The crowd in the pit helped greatly, as all the bands commented on what a great crowd to be playing for. One person gave Ville a tissue wrapped object and he said it looked like a picture of Edgar Allen Poe, said thanks and how cool but No he wasn't going to unwrap it on stage. Think it was in a frame, so he must not wanted to accidetly get it broke. Others threw alot of notes on stage which he also made sure to pick them all up. One he read and handed to Burton, who slipped it in his pocket. lol. I've read some other attendees comments and they felt the preformance wasn't long enough. What I noticed was that they were on a tight schedule and appeared to be getting constant reminders on how many minutes they had left on stage. Just before the last song Ville made a comment how he had exactly 4 minutes and 28 seconds left........so I say we go all torches and pitchforks to the house of whomever decided to use a stopwatch! I took pictures, abit disappointed in the quality. It's my own fault, never used this camera before.......it helps to know how to zoom and shut the flash off before wanting great pictures. MCR put on a great show, and were channeling either Freddie Mercury or Liza Minelli. The singer broke the heart of the 12year old sitting next to me when he made a comment about how much cock he has sucked. hehehehe. Linkin park had the crowd gong crazy, I just wasn't into them. sorry not a fan. On a sidenote, while not getting my picutre taken with any of the musicians that were walking around......seem to have attracted a pushy admirer. Guess he couldn't resist a NYC rock chick stuck in the south, and thought he was gonna get laid. BADDLY. figure I met him between MCR and Linkin Park and he thought I was going to spend the night out with him...blah blah blah. Even asked me how many guys I date, called me sexy. Wonder how many beers were down his gullet.

August 14, 2007Damn what kind of daily horoscope is this?Today's Outlook for The Moon in fussy Virgo tempts us to spend so much time on details that we can miss what is most important. We're willing to work hard to make everything perfect, but the Moon's opposition to unpredictable Uranus suggests we will be surprised. Meanwhile, Virgo's key planet Mercury opposes fuzzy Neptune, drawing our thoughts away from logical analysis, toward the stuff of dreams. It's hard to know what to think, as fantasy temporarily overtakes reality. Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18) You could be the source of anxiety for someone else today, even if you don't think it has anything to do with you. Still, it's a good idea to examine your own uncertainties because you may have sent a mixed message without even knowing it. Taking the extra step to make sure that others understand your intentions can prevent problems later on.

August 13, 2007OMG OMG OMG I'm gonna see Ville!!!So don't you go tell him to warn security!!!! I've mentioned to some the very scary amount of syncrocitiy I have been having in my life for a while now. When I say scary I mean scary! a bunch of daily coincidences that all lead some how to the same thing. May marked one year from hell in my life. Just alot of drama at first, then stress. it took it toll on me. simple. I've also been dealing with dental problems caused from a chemical reaction to a prescription drug. Thins are finally calming down, Ive finally gotten set up with the only dental school in the state that has a clinic to get work done slightly cheaper (no dental insurance). Tonight, I just decided what the hell, last time I checked I had a choice between lawn seats by the second stage or 2nd level back against the wall seats. Figured if I'm be myself, I might be able to wiggle my way down and closer to the stage. I had decided, "Damn it I am worth it and deserve some kind of treat in my life" Last show at an arena or theather thruthfully? June 2001!! Don't ask me how, but they must of had blocks of tickets set aside for local industy, etc. The show is tomorrow Tuesday the 14th. I put in for best ticets availible and got 11th row right behind the smaller orchestra!! Of course as soon as I saw that, I had to buy the ticket..........it's a sign.....it's meant to be.....ok, maybe I'm goin nuts and have lost my mind. I don't know. of course I have barely any clean clothes, and I'm a mess. lol. Have to rig something together, as I have to get there at 10 am to pick up the ticket at will call. ugh.......ok. help!!!!! what do I bring. do you think I get camera in? ahhhhhhhhhhhh. And I'll try my damnest to get a really good picture of leftie!!!!!

August 12, 2007Doing the dentist thing AGAIN and a question.....It's midnight, so in 7 hours I will be driving up to Richmond to the dental school.....again. Wish me luck, keep you fingers crossed, what ever you feel like doing......not sure what to expect. Last visit I officially got accepted as a patient in a special program. The person/doctor has finished his education but has decided to do a fellowship for special training in dealing with extreme dental. Unforunately I am going to be filmed and photographed out the wahooo, as he will be needing to write a report that gets published in some dental industry journal. you win some and you lose some. I'm expecting mostly to be over xrayed and given a cleaning from hell........hopefully not anything involving a lot of pain or an extraction. ugh. So not knowing how long I will be there, nor how I will feel after the 2.5 hour drive home.......not sure if I will be on tomorrow evening or not. So I want the cleaning ladies opinion: I misjudged the distance between Him's gigs etc. It now appears that Monday's gig is 3-4 hour drive from Virginia Beach (here) which is their Tuesday show. If you had that free time, where or what would you do if you were them. lol?!?! Don't quite picture them in their pastie whiteness hitting the beach first thing in the morning.

August 11, 2007What kind of kisser are you?Decided to remove this from code from my actual profile page, and keep it within the context of a journal entry. Why invite the pervies anymore than they already come out of the woodwork. Have to admit, Buzznet so far has been very cool and pervie free for me. Refreshing not to get messages from guys with thier peckers in hand. Swear men can be a tad clueless in regards to the allure they think their pee pee has for the opposite sex. Not the most photogenic little guy, especially when attached to someone you don't know. LMAO!!! This approach to trying to get added as a friend I believe can not be the most productive.........what sane/semi-sane woman is going to add you as a friend etc when that is the introduction. Dumb asses. Buzznet! Land of the free roaming woman with the option of being able to be a little dirty if she so pleases without having to worry about a cluttered mailbox of pictures of headless men with their junk in hand. Here's hoping it stays that way!

Changing my profile page......or going to at least try. Logged on today, and it's making me not feel too good. Headache, naesuea, etc. If I keep it up, I'm heading straight to migraine land. I'd mch rather continue my sty in VilleLand and travel to such a miserable place. lol. Hopefully Buzznet will realize that 3+ inches of dead space at the top of every page is indeed a waste of space.

August 7, 2007Songwriter Lee Hazlewood dies at 78 (Summer Wine)As a fan, I knew he had been ill for the last 3 years basically. Have to admit thought it was cute that some people were giving Ville credit for writing Summer Wine back when the video started making the rounds. I'm still strying to figure out how to load a copy of the original Lee & Nancy version of that song.
Mon Aug 6, 7:26 PM ET LAS VEGAS - Lee Hazlewood, a singer and songwriter best known for writing and producing "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" for Nancy Sinatra, has died. He was 78. Barton Lee Hazlewood died at his home in Henderson of kidney cancer on Saturday evening, the Clark County coroner's office said. Hazlewood was most famous for his work with the daughter of Frank Sinatra, including writing and producing such hits as "Sugartown" and "Some Velvet Morning." He also produced "Something Stupid," a duet Nancy recorded with her father in 1967. He also produced for Duane Eddy and Gram Parsons, and performed on a number of solo albums and with Nancy Sinatra in three "Nancy & Lee" albums. Hazlewood was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2005 and released his final album, "Cake or Death" in 2006. He was survived by his third wife, Jeane, his son Mark and daughters Debbie and Samantha.

I was such a bad girl last week..........After having yet another aggravating interacion with a doctor, I made up my mind that he simply was not the right doctor for me. Different people expect different things from thier doctors. Me? If I have a legitmate question and you refuse to give me an answer, I'm going to get pissed. So I had to find a new doctor. new doctor means starting over from scratch. annoying yes. but a neccessary evil in life. My first appointment was last week, and when I left I was shaken to my core to say the least. I think he was pushing me to see my reactions. The last thing I had expected walking in was to meet a confrontational, judgemental person. Who knows, maye he's not really that way and was simply trying to do his job etc. besides mentioning a potential diagnosis that upset me more than it should have, he cut into me on my appearance. Basically saying that I was not presenting to the world a person my age. An infantile woman? Said I dressed like a teenager!.................Not sure what teenagers he's been seeing, I think he needs to update that stereo-type alittle. heheheh While I do look young, if you actually look at what I am wearing when dressed casual.....you can tell I'm not that young. BTW? Just what do thoseof us in our early thirties look & dress like? cause I left that doctors office trying to figure out wht the hell age appropiate was. What was I wearing? a basic black long sleeve tee with a black tank top over it (LOL. my plaster caster one) blue jeans and blue leather low cons. Now here comes my confssional: I went shopping and spent money I shouldn't have. lol. I bought 4 knitting books. A stuffed doll I fell in love with....her name is Moxy.
